exceptional clinical programs and services, including multi-organ transplantation, cardiology, oncology and physical rehabilitation services, maternity, neonatology and
emergency/trauma care.

We are in search of an experienced Pharmacy Manager. Must be PharmD or Bachelors in Pharmacy and Registered Pharmacist in the State of Oregon with 5 years acute care experience including supervisory experience in an hospital setting.

Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy this position is responsible for, but not limited to, a variety of project and personnel management tasks to ensure that the services and functions provided by the pharmacy, including legal and regulatory requirements, are adhered to on a daily basis.

Assumes tasks necessary to convey daily Pharmacy and IV admixture products and clinical monitoring service to the patients.

Directly supervises pharmacists, technicians and support staff for purposes such as coaching and mentoring, goal setting, educating and training, personnel evaluations, staffing and workflow.

a) License: Registered Pharmacist in the State of Oregon
b) Five years hospital pharmacy including IV admixture
c) Reads, writes and speaks conversational English
d) Manages multiple demands in a fast-paced pharmacy in an accurate, efficient, calm and pleasant manner
e) Manages multiple projects, priorities, deadlines and interruptions successfully
f) Utilizes effective conflict resolution skills
g) Demonstrates leadership skills
h) Presents a personal appearance and interpersonal skills that makes a good first impression
i) Experience with pharmacy computer systems, such as Cerner Millennium desired
